THE PAST

Life is always unfair,
Some things are hard to bear.
You know you have given much,
But it's still not enough.

There is no reason to be in despair,
Somehow I knew you were there.
For me, your love will always be enough,
I will keep it inside my heart.

I don't regret this life I've chose,
For this is the life I just can't loose.
I have so much to be treasured,
Even if you're not around I know I can move.

Though it's hard to go on without you,
But it's the best thing I gotta do.
To walk on and never look back,
I don't want to be imprisoned by the past.

IN ANOTHER LIFETIME

In the cold dark night,
I was trying to find the light.
But all I can see is your face,
Trying to stop the gaze.

I spend my time writing,
Just to cover up the pain.
I tried to hold back the tears,
But the pain never disappears.

I thought I was born to love you,
It seems I got a lot of things to do.
I need to fix up my life,
I got to move on and try not to hide.

Things that had happened in the past,
I know they would never last.
I think I will be okay,
If I choose to go away.

I may not be good enough,
Neither your perfect match.
Someday you will be mine,
Perhaps in another lifetime.
